Property Manager
Established Portfolio - Great Team Support
Woodards are looking for an experienced, self motivated Property Manager to join their dynamic, innovative team at Elsternwick. This is a challenging full time role (Monday to Friday plus Saturdays on a roster basis) so previous experience (3+ years) in residential property management is essential.
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a career minded professional so if you consider yourself to be mature, switched on and are willing to provide the highest level of service to our Landlords and Tenants then we would love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Department Manager, you will need to be a mature self starter with the ability to prioritise tasks and take full responsibility for the smooth running of a well established residential portfolio.
All candidates will be required to demonstrate competence in the following areas:
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Business Development
- Rent reviews
- Property Inspections
- VCAT procedures
- Arrears management
- Repairs & Maintenance
Qualifications Required
- Estate Agents Licence or Agents Representative Certificate
- Australian Drivers Licence
