Presentation and Marketing

We can also help with the right advice and service including a complimentary home stylist to prepare and show your property to its best advantage.

Step 2 

Campaign and Communication

The marketing campaign starts a process of identifying and qualifying the target buyers for your property. Strategic dialogue with potential buyers ensures that your property remains high on their list. We will keep you continually informed of our progress with these buyers as well as any other market intelligence.

Step 3 

Negotiation

Regardless of the method of sale, the negotiation of the sale is the most crucial step. Our ability and experience to understand the buyer and their motivation is critical in negotiating the optimum result.

Step 4 

Settlement

Once contracts have been signed, they will be sent to your legal representative in anticipation of final settlement. Woodards will co-ordinate prior release of deposit money, the final inspection and hand-over of keys.
