Alexandra Belson

Alexandra is a Licensed Estate Agent, whose experience encompasses almost a decade working in real estate, with a particular focus on property management.

As a key member of Woodards South Yarra, Alexandra, together with the rest of our talented Property Management team, is responsible for ensuring that we continue to deliver the very highest standards of customer service and support for both our rental providers and renters.

Before embarking on her real estate career, Alexandra worked primarily in customer service roles which has shaped her professional skills as an excellent people and relationship manager. She makes it her business to identify and understand her client’s concerns and expectations and then she works hard to act always in their best interests. She is down to earth, open and proactive, her aim always being to resolve issues before they become problematic for property owners or renters.

Even when she is away from the office, Alexandra is a self-confessed “real estate tragic”. She has a life-long love for all things property, whether it being buying, selling, leasing, renovating and all the bits in between. She makes sure that she is always up to date with what’s trending in the industry and how it is evolving with technology (unsurprisingly, she is a dedicated fan of “The Block”!) Quieter time for Alexandra is spent tending to her kitchen garden.
