With a background in electrical engineering and a Master of Engineering Management, Asif brings a structured, analytical approach to his role as a Property Manager. Since entering the industry in 2016, he has developed broad experience across sales, leasing and inspections, earning multiple accolades including several Inspection Manager awards.

Asif is well suited to the pace and demands of property management and values the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base. He takes pride in aligning the right renter with the right property, while delivering consistent, reliable service to both rental providers and renters.

His focus is firmly on protecting his clients’ investments, minimising vacancy, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining clear, proactive communication.

In addition to his real estate career, Asif has successfully established and operated a restaurant, further strengthening his leadership, customer service and operational capabilities. Combined with his technical background, this brings a practical and well-rounded perspective to his role.
