Luke Piccolo

“The responsibility to continue almost 150 years of connection, history, and incredible results in South Yarra isn’t lost on me. We all stand on the shoulders of those that come before us, and it is an absolute privilege to be excited by every day that I get to build on that legacy. Leading Victoria’s Residential Sales Team of the Year is something I’m truly grateful for (and sometimes surprised by). We have built these strong foundations by bringing together a team of high performers that share a rare (and underestimated) trait in our industry: Humility.”

Luke is heavily involved in building social and affordable housing projects through his work with the Woodards Foundation. “To help those experiencing homelessness, social isolation and family violence brings meaning into the work I do every day, and it is a responsibility that we should all share.”

When at home, Luke is a proud father and accomplished omelette chef for his beautiful wife, Lucy, and their son. Whilst Leo is too young to have tried the omelettes, Luke can’t wait to share them with him soon. He also holds the position of Chief Training Officer to their two dogs, although the awards are less forthcoming in this area of his life. In his limited free time, he turns towards the beach, writing, and a love of books.

His passion for marketing and influence have also delivered a number of individual awards including the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s National Marketer of the Year. But what drives him more than his own personal success is the incredible work his team are doing. Leading the team to become Residential Sales Team of the Year, Salesperson of the Year, Auctioneer of the Year and broader success in their lives outside of the office is a joy he doesn’t take for granted.
