Luke Piccolo

June 2021 marked the historic moment when Woodards South Yarra was born.

With Luke Piccolo as Director and iconic local brand William Batters under its helm, Woodards South Yarra has 143 years of legacy and reputation at its core. As leaders in the industry and in our local community, we know that building legacy means being bold and delivering more than the expected. Luke is a member of the REIV and REIA and holds a certification in real estate property services. His real estate career began almost a decade ago at Woodards Carlton. His passion for residential sales and marketing have delivered a number of industry accolades including the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) National Marketer of the Year 2020 and the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) Marketer of the Year 2019. His passions include the Woodards Foundation, which was set up as a new model of corporate social responsibility in 2015 and paved the way for Woodards’ recognition for excellence in community service with the REIA National Award in 2021, and REIV’s Community Service Agency of the Year in 2019.

When at home, Luke is proud to be an accomplished omelette chef for his beautiful wife, Lucy. He also holds the position of Chief Training Officer to their two dogs. In his leisure time, he turns to language, writing, and a love of books.
