A standout achievement in Nive’s career was founding and growing an education business to over 500 students within 18 months, an experience that strengthened his understanding of customer service, responsibility, and long-term client care. Nive also became one of Woodards' youngest auctioneers at just 18 years old, a milestone that further reflects his commitment to learning, preparation, and stepping forward when opportunities arise.

Nive continues to grow within Woodards under strong leadership, in an environment built on shared values and collaboration. He is motivated to support the team’s continued growth and success, with the shared goal of delivering outstanding service.

Outside of work, Nive enjoys spending time at The Nook Café, and is known among friends for being someone who genuinely cares about others and goes out of his way to offer support. This same sense of care and respect carries through to the way he approaches his work with clients and colleagues alike.
