We warmly welcome Tracy, our newest Senior Property Manager, to the team at Woodards Blackburn.

Tracy brings with her more than ten years of industry experience across Melbourne’s Eastern and South-Eastern suburbs.

She has a proven track record of delivering an efficient and highly organised service while building strong, genuine relationships with Residential Rental Providers and Renters alike. Her proactive approach, attention to detail and excellent communication skills allow her to confidently manage every aspect of investment management, ensuring her clients feel informed, supported and well looked after.

With her in-depth industry knowledge, caring nature and determined approach, Tracy is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders while making the Property Management experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Whether managing day-to-day details, navigating unexpected challenges or simply being someone her clients can rely on, Tracy brings a personal touch, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for Property Management to everything she does.

Outside of the office, Tracy enjoys spending quality time with family, baking and keeping active at the gym.
