Head of Marketing & Communications
Established in 1921, the Woodards brand is recognised throughout Melbourne as a brand of quality and distinction specialising in residential property sales, management and marketing.
Due to significant growth in our network of offices over the past two years, we are now seeking a full-time Head of Marketing & Communications to complete the missing piece of our corporate team located in Camberwell.
If you have experience in a similar role, are innovative, creative and have a genuine passion for excellence, we would love to hear from you.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience and exceptional skills in the following areas:
- Liaison & management of external marketing agencies
- CRM system management
- Social media/digital marketing content creation & campaign scheduling
- Produce, proofread & edit a range of communication materials for different audiences
- Website development & SEO
- Brand Management
- Build & maintain robust working relationships with key stakeholders & marketing teams across our Group
While real estate experience is not essential, a finger on the pulse of the latest marketing trends / platforms is a definite must. You must also be a forward thinker and have the motivation to both embrace and promote new technologies and ideas across our network.
