1. What got you into real estate? How long have you been working for Woodards in Mornington Peninsula? I fell into real estate when a friend asked me if I would consider a change from plumbing. I started as a personal assistant and have never looked back.
   
   
2. How would you describe the community of Mornington Peninsula to someone considering moving here?
   It's an amazing place to live. Everyone thinks it’s the place to be in summer, however, I prefer the Peninsula outside of the summer months. It's quiet and you can find so many places around that you have all to yourself.
   
   
3. Do you have any funny or unusual stories from your time as a real estate agent in the area?I recently sold a house that, as an apprentice, I burnt down by accident. I was welding at the property the house had been sold in between so I could openly tell the owner the story and have a laugh.
   
   
4. Are you involved in any local community events or initiatives or what do you do to give back to the Mornington Peninsula community? Have you partnered with any local businesses or organisations to support the area?
   Me and my family are heavily involved with the local Lions Club. We help manage and set up community events all over the Peninsula.
   
   
5. What do you think sets you apart as a real estate agent in Mornington Peninsula?
   Having a trade background and having spent 10 years on the tools, I feel like I relate to a lot of the clients I deal with.
