Amelia is a credit to her profession. We met Amelia at an inspection some 4 years ago and have always found her to be responsive, attentive and true to her word. We moved into the apartment which was in fantastic condition and vacated it some years later effortlessly and in receipt of our full bond. Whenever we had an inspection, we always had plenty of notice and Amelia was always happy to work around our schedule.
