Brenton Linmeiers

Raised in Manningham within a family of real estate directors, Brenton brings a depth of local knowledge and industry understanding that is both instinctive and well developed. His professional approach is defined by diligence, respect and a strong, consistent work ethic.

Brenton has played a significant role in the evolution of the local property market, with notable recognition including being Doncaster East’s highest-rated agent in 2021 and contributing to a team awarded Agency of the Year for seven consecutive years.

After completing his VCE, Brenton pursued music at a conservatory in Boston before transitioning into sales, where he worked as a gallery manager in Los Angeles representing internationally recognised artists including Andy Warhol, Shepard Fairey and David Hockney. Returning to Melbourne in 2011, he joined the family business and quickly established himself as a leading agent, achieving consistent repeat business and record-level results.

In 2014, he established the project marketing division, which went on to represent a substantial share of local project sales. Appointed Associate Director in 2015, Brenton has also undertaken his own development projects, further strengthening his expertise across design and construction.

Considered and engaging, Brenton brings a meticulous approach to his work and an appreciation for the detail required to deliver exceptional outcomes. He values the diversity of the industry and the opportunity to work across a broad range of clients and property types.

Outside of real estate, his interests include music, architecture and design, along with hiking, camping, coaching his son’s basketball team and spending time with his young family.
